Meet Krystal, proud owner of Salon Milan since 2006. I learned hair extensions before I learned how to properly hold scissors. I knew right away this was where my passion excelled in this industry. Proud to now be Owner/Operator, Senior Regional Educator for Bellami, teaching hair extensions on the weekends and Master Stylist at Salon Milan! Not only do I specialize in hair extensions, but I also love a good red head, natural blonding, texture cutting and building long lasting relationships with my clients! When i'm not working you will find me at the many sporting events that my daughters are in or roaming around home goods! Something interesting and fun about me is that I was a competitive dancer my whole youth and that's where I learned teamwork and proper discipline and of course girl power! Cant wait to see you become a pat of our Family at Salon Milan!

Hi, I'm Sydney, I have been in the hair industry for over 35yrs, 15 of those years have been with Salon Milan, my strong work ethic and respect for my craft has equated me to have a very loyal following. I was practically born to be a hairstylist, I grew up in a salon and a cosmetology school both my parents owned and operated in. I guess you can say I was born to be a hairstylist. I continue to keep up with all the latest trends and education. I have honed my skills from some of the top named hair companies in the world such as Aveda, Loreal, Bumble and Bumble, Redken also certified in Keratin Complex and GK Keratin systems and studied The John Sahag "Dry haircut method" along with incorporating some of my own artistic skills to be tailored to everyone of my clients and future clients. When I'm not in the salon I enjoy the beach, vacationing in Aruba, spin classes,cooking and spending time with family, watching Jeopardy with my husband and of course you"ll always find me in Marshall's or Home Goods. I am still fueled by the thrill of creating and getting to see so many happy faces in my chair, so my journey will continue as long as my body lets me lol..

Hi, Im Jenny! Proud Master Stylist at Salon Milan since 2008 and a stylist for 21 years! I'm an Aveda girl though and through. I've trained in NYC, Philly and LA with multiple top stylists and love taking ongoing education. I love creative and texture cutting, matching skin tones with hair tones, Creative coloring and i could Highlight all day. My clients always feel very relaxed in my chair and i can make you fall asleep with my blow dries. I enjoy to traveling, relaxing on the beach, Football Sunday, and going to concerts because Music is my Religion! We always have a good time in my chair and i cant wait to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jennifer, but everyone calls me Jen! I proudly wear many hats at Salon Milan! I am the salon manager, bridal coordinator, social media manager, and full time stylist behind the chair. i specializing in hair extensions, fashion colors and formal styling! I am certified in all extension methods including: I-tips, Volume Wefts, K-tips, and Hand Tied- my favorite is I-tips! I absolutely love to consult about your hair dreams, and make them come true! I will tell you what is the best suitable extension method for your hair and lifestyle. I have been working at Salon Milan since I was 16 years old!!! With that being said, I have been in the industry for 17years, specializing in extensions for 16years! I am a momma of two beautiful girls, married to my highschool sweetheart, an animal lover, and if you know me you know I run on coffee!! Hi my name is Erica and I have been working in the hair industry for 15 years. I treat clients like family and friends, I pride myself on building relationships with them and making sure they are happy and satisfied with their service! I want them to leave my chair looking and feeling beautiful and more confident than when they first walked in the salon. I specialize in balayage, color, haircuts, and formal styles. I keep up with educational classes to ensure my clients are getting the best of the best. I am certified in Keratin treatment, and have taken multiple color / balayage classes. A fun fact about me is that I am a proud mom to my little girl Emerie. I love to travel and spend my time outside the salon with my family and friends! Hi my name is Danielle, most call me Dani! I find no greater joy than making you look and feel like the best version of yourself! I specialize in color, balayge , foilyage, special occasion style and makeup. I am trained and certified in multiple techniques. I am uniquely qualified to make my clients' specific visions come to life when they sit down in my chair. I have 18 years of experience and I understand the importance of education and I continue to stay on top of trends with the top artists in the area: this includes masterclasses with: makeup with mario, senada hairstyling, and lalas updos to name a few. I also have certifications from redken exchange, makeup forever, temptu and bellami. I am a proud mom and do real estate on the side! Hey! My name is Julia and I have been behind the chair for about 5 years now. I moved to Central Jersey in 2019. I am originally from North Jersey, Bergen County. I can happily say I have been with Salon Milan ever since! I am the dark haired girl who LOVES making you blonde. I specialize in blonding services and am certified in Bellami extensions which is one of my absolute favorite transformations to do in the salon. I continue to get education to grow and expand in this business.I love a big bouncy blowout and beautiful curls to take all the after photos of you possible, helping run the Salon Milan Social Media!! I love to shop till I drop, cook delicious meals and drink a margarita on the beach! I am a sun child, born in June - my happy place is on an island. Hi there! My name is Kristin and I've been a stylist for 7 years! I specialize in traditional color, vivids, and blonding services. I am the Aveda brand ambassador, certified bellami hair extension stylist, and a balayage specialist. My goal for each and every client is to reach your hair goals while keeping your hair healthy and happy - all while following Aveda's Mission : our mission at aveda is to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society. At Aveda, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty, but around the world. A fun fact about me is I am a cat mom and my favorite color is PINK. I would love to make you feel beautiful and teach you about all the wonderful Aveda products we use.

Carsyn started with us right after we opened at our New Location in 2020. This was in the mask era so we didn't even get to see her beautiful face for almost 1 year!! But she hit the ground running, working so hard, watching and listening and once classes started opening up again she took multiple Balayage/Coloring classes, haircutting classes, got Certified in Bellami Extensions, is always watching online education and gives even the Seniored Stylists some great color formulas. She is very detail oriented and spent over a year personally assisting Krystal and Jen in Installing and tightening hair extensions so she is now a Part Time Stylist on the floor. She lives spending time at the beach and with her family. Due to being a newer stylist you can get her services at a slightly lower price, so hurry in before she moves up to the next level!

Kayla recently started with us. After taking a Bellami Pro class here at Salon Milan she reached out looking to see if we needed an assistant and we did! She has become an awesome part of our team and is very eager to learn. Since she is Bellami Certified you can usually find her hanging out with the Extension stylists trying to soak up all the knowledge. Carman has been with Salon Milan since Day 1. The day the doors opened she was the one there to greet you. She runs the front desk to keep our appointments in order, shes the Mama Bear to the staff, is forever making us laugh with her jokes, and makes sure that anyone mean doesn't get past her! She loves to cook Banana Bread for the staff and Gluten Free brownies for Krystal, which we all love some baked goods! Although she is cutting back on her hours with us, she will forever be an intricate part of our team and helped push us all to be better!
